Double check the features section of the ThorUI AU.
It isn't possible for the ThorUI AU to download a feature without it being selected.
It could be that the initial install you selected chose my inventory feature and you may need to manually go in and deselect it.
Also note (per the instructions) just deselecting a feature doesn't remove it.
You must either manually remove it or do the "Delete thorui folder fix" and let the AU pull everything down fresh...
