I play on the Vox server (A PVP Exchange Enabled Server).
As far as population I have played both Q's and FP, both sides complain that the other side has too many and it is over balanced.
I don't know the statistics, and I don't know where I could look somthing like that up, But it definalty seems to be a perception thing. I think it is because you don't really notice a fellow PVPer as they run by. You may see them but once they don't con you dissmiss them.
As far as the Exchange enabled server not having a population.....This server is Hopping Always opposing players to kill and always people to group with.
