if you're not using XP, you won't get the built-in zip/unzip... i don't think w2k nor win9x came with it...
i would suggest picking up a shareware copy of WinRAR from
www.rarlab.com since it is an excellent compression/decompression tool. here's a quick step-by-step for you..
1. download and install winrar from
www.rarlab.com
2. make sure the
milquetowst info center.zip file is in your custom UI directory or folder
3. right click on
milquetowst info center.zip, select the WinRAR submenu, and choose
Extract Here.
