I noticed you had also just added the new tracking window and may have been downloading the UI and AU files at the same time you were making the updates. Could this have caused it?
It's possible but I doubt it. If a UI file is fried it normally either won't load of jumbles up the Your display in a wacky way.

Some questions to help me help u:
  1. Do you get this error when ever you try to run the game now?
  2. Have you tried running the AUCP to insure you do have all good files and the game still gives this error?

From the looks for the error code EQ2 gave you, it just choked on it self. Try rerunning EQ2 if you haven't it's a good chance it'll just load right in. If not run the AUCP and then try.
