Hey I know you may be frustrated and starting from scratch may aggrevate the issue but my experiences have shown it's usually the best thing to do.

1.) Launch the ThorUI AU
2.) Click the "Cancel Button" stopping the ThorUI AU from updating and/or auto launching
3.) Click "Options"
4.) Click "Advanced"
5.) Click "Features"
6.) Click the "Plus Sign" next to "Journals"
7.) Click the "Plus Sign" next to "ThorUI InfoCenter"
8.) Ensure that you have a "Check Mark" in the "Check Box"
9.) Click the "Plus Sign" next to "MainHUD"
10.) Click the "Plus Sign" next to "Startbutton"
11.) Ensure that you have a "Check Mark" in the "Check Box"
12.) Click "Ok"
13.) Click the "Update Button"
14.) Log in game and see if you have the extended Start Button "Pull/Extend" the window out, up, down, left, right if needed to extend the window.
15.) Click on the "Middle Book Icon" on the Start Button

Do you have the ThorUI InfoCenter?

If Yes that was it. If No continue on...

1.) Browse to your EverQuest II directory
2.) Delete the thorui folder within your ui directory
Note: Ensure you DON'T have the ThorUI AU installed in that directory. The Auto Updater should NOT be installed in the same directory as the UI files and can cause issues like these to occur. If it is, uninstall and reinstall to the default install location OR ANYWHERE other than the thorui folder within the UI directory. Note: If that was needed you WILL need to repeat the above steps to select the features you wish.
3.) Log in game and check if you have the ThorUI InfoCenter

If Yes that was it. If No continue on...

I won't go into the full instructions for this part as they are posted but basically just delete your characers window placement file and log in allowing the game to create a fresh copy for you. Be sure NOT to use the uisettings option that you are prompted with when you log in game.
