Thats a current bug thats well known and well despised at the moment.

Whats happening is that whenever your 10ths place of experience is 5 or higher, the ones place is being rounded up (which is incorrect). Thus, a true xp of 67.9 displays as 68.9 but then when you get that .1 and your true xp becomes 68.0 your displayed xp is correctly 68.0 -- but you percieve a loss of .9% xp.

Just write a mental note to check the 10ths and if its 5 or higher, round the ones place down by one to get your actual xp.

This 'bug' is pretty much everywhere an xp percentage is displayed. Unless you want, I wont bother you with the underlying code problem.
