Its far from a 5min task at the moment, the admin area to add maps easly is not in place yet. Even if it was in place it wouldnt be a 5min task as you always need to test to make sure the site is generating the xml correctly. Its just alot of small easy tasks that pile up. Yes the site generates most of the xml includeing the core files.
