I had a similar problem... it seems that if you do the sell search and then go to a buy search it won't work... what you need to do is reset the search before you start a buy search and then it should work fine. It took awhile to figure this out cause it doesn't look like there is a need to, but it worked for me...
on the other side, I just installed 1.5.5 this morning and have crashed twice so far. Once when I was looking through book of knowledge at spells, and another time while I was zoning out of N Qeynos. I am running at 1280x1024 but I will openly admit that it could be a heat issue... I have had heat issues before, though they've gone down substantially since I've gone water cooling, though it has crashed once when heat of my cpu went to 111, it was 109 when it crashed the second time, and 108.5 the first. Could be coincidental but usually the heat crashes will reboot the whole computer, these were just program crashes.
