Poochymama not sure what you problem is. My only advice would to be to download the UI file again 2.5.3 to make sure your copy did not get corrupted during download. Then once you have the .zip file just unzip it to your C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II folder, there is no need to create a new folder on your own called profit update most likely if you do that it will not know where to look for the files need to load Profit UI.
