Answers for Alcarion,
1) I have 6 hotbars open at once and you can add more as you please, not sure where you are going wrong on that one. Just right click on a current hotbar and hightlight add new hotbar.
2) If you had read the release note below the main download for Profit Reborn you would have seen it is Mother's timer. You can use it to remind yourself or group when a zone lockout is over or a particular mod has respawned.
3) When you right click the hotbars you have to uncheck the box click thru. I also clear one hotkey in the bar im trying to move to make some dead space since there is not any on the outsides of the bar. So remove an icon and click the space where it was to move the hotbar where you like.
4) As far as I know there are only two displays for the Target. The target window at the top shows a detailed con of your target and the implied. The target bar above the hotbar icons shows your target / self / and implied. This is so that you don't have to take your eyes away from the bottom of the screen when in combat ( which I find very useful ). If you don't like it you can always move it off to the side and turn the window opac off until its invisible.
5) There are two types of con modes "Detailed" and "Simple" , to remove the decorative frames go into your options menu and go to UI tab and then scroll down to name and chatbubble section. That is where you can change the frame from simple to detailed.
6) I have never used the hide hotbar before so no comment on that one.
7) Well if you did not have to select a resolution at the start then your install was most likely not correct. Re-install Profit Reborn II just extract everything in the zip to your C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II folder. It will ask you if you want to overwrite the files, click yes to all. Now in that same folder C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II find the file named "servername_Alcarion_eq2_uisettings" just add .bak or .old to the end of that name and you should be all set. When you enter the game again it should ask you what resolution you wish to use. Yes it will undo all of the work you did to adjust the UI before. If you wish to return to the UI setup you worked on delete the new "servername_alcarion_eq2_uisettings file and after its deleted take the .bak or .old off the one you had before and it will load the UI the way you set it up before.

Oh forgot Alcarion for your HO box your most likely going to have to try and resize the chat window smaller just for a minute so that you can get to the HO box to move it then resize the chat back. As for the red lettering on green background, I don't have any red on green in my install as far as I'm aware of.
NOTE to
gm9 I was unable to move the chat windows at all, created a new chat window and was unable to move that one as well, so for the meantime I am using Zchat window. Also I didn't notice until others brought it up but in the maintained spell window the target of the spell is not being displayed ( the middle text line ) not sure if this was a result of the LU24 update.
