FYI
Looks like SOE is allowing beta of The Fallen Dynasty in the Test server.
Make a new character and check the bell next to the boat you normally take to Qeynos or Freeport.
Note: The bell is also available in Nektulos and Thundering Stepps
There is a beta buff in effect for level 1 characters.
