well Undernet is a network on the IRC network.
if you go to
www.mirc.com you can download a client and then you can connect to the Undernet network, then join #eq2interface :-p
and in case you don't know IRC stands for Inter Relay Chat. Basically its a program that lets you connect to a very large number of "chat rooms"
