I am wondering how I can alter the size of the font which appear in chat bubbles. There are different types of chat bubbles since they appear to display the fonts at different sizes.
For example when an NPC randomly says something unprovoked (or maybe you walk near them but don't specifically hail them). This is also used when a PC communicates via shouts or says. The font appears as such
But if you hail them for example, in attempt to advance or start a quest. It appears as this:
Also why it the Iksar font not used, there is a IKSAR___.TTF type in the fonts folder of the UI directory but iksar racial font uses thulian.ttf instead. Here is a picture of the iksar font.
