ThorUI "used to" edit the skills window.
Basically they only reason I did was because SOE had some typos in their coding and I couldn't stand not fixing it.
Anyways, they fixed it with the recent changes so I stopped offering my alternative back at LU19.
Everyone "Should have" deleted their ThorUI folders in the "EverQuest II\UI" folder. and let the ThorUI AU redownload all components.
Bare in mind some features have changed and you will most likely need to go into the features section and select the ThorUI InfoCenter.
