Ok UI folder area has Default folder Fethish Folder Eq2 Maps Folder for me and one other one I have no clue is (too early in the morning to recall).

In the Ui/Fetish. That will force the game to go back to the default...ugly, but it works.
(and Zonx, I love this UI. Thanks for all the great work.)
