1. when you start to type something for say chat or any chat the text in the box does not move up out of the way unless you move your mouse over it. This makes it very difficult to read what you have typed or are typing.
2. Spell Icons in the Hotbars do not "Lock" in place when the hotbars are locked and they get swithced arround easily causing much panic.
I was not able to explore further because the server went down for maintenance.

In the /UI/fetish/folder you will find a file called eq2ui_mainhud_mainchat. Delete this file. then look for another file called _simple_eq2ui_mainhud_mainchat rename it to eq2ui_mainhud_mainchat and that will stop the chat bar from dropping down.
