1. when you start to type something for say chat or any chat the text in the box does not move up out of the way unless you move your mouse over it. This makes it very difficult to read what you have typed or are typing.
2. Spell Icons in the Hotbars do not "Lock" in place when the hotbars are locked and they get swithced arround easily causing much panic.
I was not able to explore further because the server went down for maintenance.

For the first thing, it did that before. I forget what I did to fix it but it was annoying. Second, there is now a command to lock/unlock the hotbar and another command to enable/disable icon moving.
