InfoCenter and new Notes window are available by using my enhanced startbutton mod. There are buttons for each.
Also note: since these are new features, you will need to select them in the advanced options screen within the ThorUI AU.
Otherwise you may type or make hotkeys for the following:
/show_window Journals.ThorUIInfoCenter
and
/show_window Journals.Notes
