When you download the latest version from this site, it will have a folder called UI in it. Inside that folder, there is a folder called Profit18 and fonts. If you copy the ENTIRE fonts folder and put it in your Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\UI folder, it should work.
I have attached an image that should show you how your directories should look. Have a glance at that and tell me if that helps you.

Or you could just copy both of the font files into "c:\windows\fonts" (edit for wherever your windows is installed) ... you'll see a progress bar flash up for a few seconds as the fonts are installed into windows and that should be it. Worked for me and it's quick and easy
