Default Fix for Crashing on Load
eq2ui_mainhud_death.xml (in the fetishui folder) seems to be causing the crashing problem that occurs when you try to load after you die. If you rename this file to something like eq2ui_mainhud_death.BAK, everything works fine.

Note: Don't delete your recent.ini like somebody said below. It doesn't fix this problem and it erases all of your settings.
