I was looking for the same thing a few weeks ago. the best I could find was
Fetish Nightfall. though it's still not really close to my custom WoW UI, it is much more friendly than the standard EQ2 UI. if you use Fetish, download
Fetish Customizer for more control over the look and size of everything.
I'd still like to see someone come out with a WoW UI clone for EQ2. it's just too weird switching back and forth between them.
