Linna, try reinstalling the font files from the Fetish ZIP. This could also be an issue with Windows Themes. Only a couple posts with similar problems.
Otitis, typical sysmptoms of missing image files. Manually copy the images from the Fetish ZIP to the directories listed in the ZIP. Some systems refuse to decompress the images to the proper locations when using "Extract All".
