Default Window Placement
OK I figured out a fix to the Window placement and this was not an error in Fetish.

After the update, Sony set my "Snap to Grid" settings to "on". By unchecking them in options, Fetish works like a champ. Best I've seen. I tested both Nightfall and Classic for this and they both work fine.
