I was wondering if any one has a slick trick with adobe photoshop or another programs to get the sourcerect for n,s,e,w,ne,nw,se,sw of frames?

I know you can double click on the sourcerect text in the UI builder and thats what I'm using now (nice little preview box opens) but it only shows the sourcerect for that part. I'd like to be able to see all of the sourcerects for that frame since they really work off each other. I'm basicly looking for something like the sliceing option in adobe Image Ready but it would give the sourcerect for each box instead of sliceing.
