I ended up taking the lotto window from another UI, believe it was the elf UI and just used its lotto.xml file. this was a cheap fix as the boards and such are missing but the necessary items for lotto functionality are there.
The profit UI has to be the best but badly needs adjustments and a completely new zip file with all the necessary files which 1.7c seems to lack.
