OK, I tried widescreen mode, and I like the idea, but I don't like the implementation. Instead of making the view wider with the same vertical look, it just takes away from the vertical. I realize this is the easy way to implement the main window, but does anyone know of a way to use widescreen that makes the window give a wider angle view while keeping the same vertical angle?

If not, is there a screen that keeps the same perspective, but smaller, leaving borders for all the other screens like player screens and hotkeys?

I apologize if this is common info, but I'm at lunch and I'm in a bit of a hurry to get the question out. I'll still be looking about when I have more time.
