Yes, I cannot start a petition as well since the search ticket button does not actually search the knowledgebase articles. It should, then you could click on the 'create CS ticket' button, but it does not.
Can this be addressed soon-ish ?
Thanks for an outstanding UI and now auto-updater too. Tons of effort is obvious.... kudos!
