I found a mod, linked on the 3rd comment off the individual piece of the market window, to a version that defaults to "any" and "60" when you click "search" in the in-home seller window.
I'll link to it if I can navigate my way there.
BTW, here's a SS of what I mean about the factions window- I don't mean to appear ungrateful or nagging, but it'd be a really nice fix, the default window is ugly and fat =/ don't want to delete my copy for that...
