I dont think its a EULA violation really..
Used a similar bot in EQLive all the time, and the devs knew about it. Also had the same thing in Anarchy Online. Noone ever complained about it.
As its using data that is available to everyone, and not taking any "shortcuts" in the game to get the info its most probably 100% ok to use, anyways if you use it you wont get punished if SOE suddenly decides to kill the bot. The only one affected by that would be the account used for the bot..
