Fetish also looks good at 1024x768, even though he doesn't have a preset window configuration for it. You just have to place the windows around yourself. Also, ThorUI looks pretty good at that res as well.
Personally, I use bits and pieces. I start off with fetish (classic, as soon as Zonx gets a chance to update that one
) then drop other pieces in that I like.
