kayanar, as noted several times in this thread and in the provided docs...
Titlebar on = no input stealthing.
you need to turn the titlebar on for your primary chat window. If desired you can still hide the titlebar with opacity settings.
Steppin, sounds like your 4.6 install failed somehow. Market window not showing the new options is a dead giveaway. I'm guessing you extracted to the wrong directory by accident.
