I am looking for a single floating button, same as a hotbar, but no border, and 0px at the edges, with the ability to reposition anywhere on the screen. Also if it were possible to replace the art/spells in it just like the hotbar, drag and drop.

Would be nice to be able to add these buttons at will (ie, right click (create new button)), but if this is not possible.. maybe 12 static buttons that can float.
