I can confirm the issue with no level range filters. Here is a screenie of my store window.
Also, I get a big black box for a guild bank, as well as not having any page navigation buttons in my skill book, (I can mouse around the top and find tooltips for "First" and "last" page but not the next/prev, and cannot see any of them.)
Otherwise, love your mods. I consider EQ2 to be unplayable without them - as in, if I didn't have your mod I would cancel my account. Nice work.
