Most common issues when a window is missing are:
1.) The window is off screen (This can be due to screen resolution differences)
--Resolution: Go to "in game" Options>User Interface>Game Windows>Uncheck "Allow windows off screen".
2.) The window is set to hidden until mouse over (Usually only possible if you use their "Window Placements" file)
--Resolution: Perform the function that "should" open the window (in this case Press U) then move your mouse all over your screen untill it highlights. Then change the window options to not be hidden or just remember where it is.
3.) The window is set to be completely hidden (Usually only possible if you use their "Window Placements" file)
--Resolution: Go to "in game" Options>User Interface>Game Windows>Press the "Reset Opacities for all windows" button.
