I made a folder called 'everything not eXtreme' and put everything I use that isn't eXtreme in there (currently only OCD's Tracking, HO, Target and Implied Target windows, and the EQ2Map folder, and the green perdigraphics background, everything else is eXtreme).
Then when I download the latest eXtreme version (renamed to MyUI), I just copy those few files from the folder I created into MyUI and it's good to go.
