Does it do it with the default sony User Interface?
I'm grasping again, but all I can think of is maybe my windows demand more memory from your graphics card that when you toggle to full screen the graphics card can't display all the graphics correctly. Which after I write it, it just doesn't sound reasonable as one would think that a larger area would be affected or atleast a random area...
