Mine and prob others are doing the same thing
I don't know what SOE did in LU12 but the target and implied are not retaining there size in this mod and others. I "think" its because the default target is a static size and that they took out the save size code for this window. But thats just me going off and thinking again. I will set it back to where u can resize it and it'll fixe it. I just have to be happy with the way it fits. Next update it'll be included.
