Problem with the _fetishstyles.xml and scrolling. Explanation posted
Here along with what was done to fix it. If you already have a fix for this somewhere sorry for wasting your time. I just noticed it was still messed up in 4.3 and figure'd I would post what I found since there are several other UI's that are based off Fetish.
