I been trying for ages to get floaty numbers in the tradeskill window and you got them in the letterbox window by doing nothing, Its just not fair

Anyways
Since you using default UI I would say its somthing in you chars settings file that must be causing this find "server_charname_eq2_uisettings.ini" and delete it yes your going to loose all your saved window positions..
Make a backup of it first, just in case that dont work then you can put it back in
