I frequently see people asking about whether this mod or that mod can be used with the Fetish set. Is there a handy "How To" guide somewhere explaining how to make my own mods Fetish-compatible?
I'm too much of a control freak to ever download an install an entire UI set created by someone else, so I'll probably never use the Fetish set myself. (I don't use *any* mods without knowing exactly how they work and what they do and usually without tweaking them extensively, anyway.) My familiarity with the Fetish set at this point is thus limited to having looked at a few screen shots, so any information would be helpful.

Heres the Basics: Zonx compacted everything. He created two namespaces that hold just about every style that default has, in a much more logical stream. Default had its styles spread out over numerous branches. Additionally, he compacted the images files to just a few.
To make your mods fetish compatable, you will basically need the
_FetishStyles.xml and the image files. You might want
_FetishStyleSamlples.xml as well. You'll want to <include> those into your
eq2ui.xml file as well. As long as you use the stuff under the "Fetish" namespace within the UIBuilder tree, and not the default branches, then any work you do will (should) be fetish compatible. If you edit images, try and edit the ones provided with any fetish mod.
If there is anything I missed, got wrong, etc, I'm sure Zonx will come in and clarify for you ;-)
