Collectors Edition "Stuck in Customs"
"CE Stuck in customs" is what the SoE CSR said to me on the phone.
They said it "was because of the metal containers."
I asked for a refund, and they told me about the e-mail I never recieved about reporting to them before 8PST (as stated somewhere above this post). And that they would cancel the order since no charges are made until they ship it.
Funny, My credit card was hit the 5th and cleared. He thought that that was strange and shouldn't have been posted on credit card and that I was mistaken.
