Question Problem with moving toolbars
I'm running the Tyejae Steel bottom by Perdition - V8 (1280*1024) and (1600*1200) now with user customization UI and can not move the toolbars. I can mouse over the toolbar and get the resize tool, next bar and previous bar tooltips appear and all of the tooltips for the spells display, but the move tool never appears. Any suggestions?
