Well I did get that idea working... But there was a "focus" problem eg when the dummy had focus you would loose the tooltips for the icons... The resizing and refrence to the effects page worked np likes... So its still not an ideal solution to the problem, I can see loads of pm's etc saying "I cant line this up", "I cant get this to show" etc etc lol 
The only icon you can control is #1 and that is the start location for all the others to follow on untill they hit the end of the page then drop down a line.
I increased icon size and also reduced the with of the window to get them to drop sooner, The result was the last icon in the top row still being slightly out of the border area and no room left to size that border up and have it look right....
So this window will just have to have the icons running off the end of it untill SoE gives us more flexability with it.... I wouldnt hold your breath likes  |
try adding the AlwaysOnTop=true property to te effects window (or whatever that is) it should work that way i think. Or AlwaysOnBottom=true for the dummy window
Either of those or both should do it
