[Steppin]

for some reason, even when i delete examine window, i am UNABLE to examine items .. i have a lore item for lore and legend that im trying to right click to 'study', and the examine window does not come up.. i've tried deleting it from the mod, and using purely the default, with the same results ..
any ideas ?
