Anyone, what sort of editor do I use to examine/modify a .dds file?
I do not have Photoshop or PSP. I found a utility (irfan) that nicely converts to .bmp which I can edit in paint. Now I just need a way to get it back to .dds. Or one utility that converts both ways.
I found 60 day trial of photoshop pro.
