Made the Tradeskills a bit more compact
Included Ger's "fixed" version of the mini HO wheel (seem to be hijacking a lot of his stuff lately, So i keep getting reminded

Redone the bags (again) from scratch as the stay put one's wernt staying put and neither is my new versions (sigh) I wish SoE would fix this issue its driving me nutz!!!
