I would leave that for a few days.. as I was having same problem with the con system
, I thought it was somthing I had done but could find nothing wrong at all..... And it went away by itself , It must have been a problem with the dynamic data that the game was obtaining after the patch, I havent seen this in the quest helper as yet, But probably the same thing.
I will keep an eye on this, also keep me posted if it does dissapear for you Thanks
