I am having problems keeping my additional chat windows saved and in place. I only get one and I am trying to keep 2 windows I added up.. Any suggestions.??

(1) What I did was delete the UI and reinstall it
(2) Deleted all the .ini files in the EQ2 root directory
(3) Copied over and renamed the new server_char ini file
(4) Loged in setup the UI/Chat the way I liked it.
(5) Zoned a few times to make sure it stayed
(6) Camp to desktop (Not char select, or exit w/out camping)
(7) Made the server_char.ini file "READ ONLY"
Making it read only will prevent you/eq from saving any new changes when your in game.. Some times if you dont camp right or go LD and what not the game will write to the server_char.ini file and cause the problems but if you make it read only no matter what you do will break it so if you ld all your setting will be the same.. Only problem is if you make changes with it in read only they wont be saved so make all your bag alignments, spell bars, map, invenotry etc all in right place before you make it read only otherwise they will be reset everytime you login to game hehe
Adding new spells to spell bars save, howerver if you change what number or how many number of spell bars you have on screen in read only mode they will not change =)
