as the location of the eq2_recent.ini
I then change this to D:\Sony\EverQuest II\eq2_recent.ini to reflect my install location.
Could this also default the Parser to place the newly generated custom .xml files in the same directory?

Ok thanks. Ger may have to look at this, since he made the parser.
This might be a bug with the program due to a non-default directory.
since you are on the D: drive.
I'm not sure.
So when you load the program are you browsing to the root directory for your eq2.recent.ini files.
It might be a bug with that selection process since it's not on C: drive.
