Please read the installation guide before asking..
I put a file named Server_character_eq2_uisettings(1280*1024).ini and another one named Server_character_eq2_uisettings(1600*1200).ini
Delete or save the one used for your character in the EQ2 folder.
Place the new one depending of your resolution and rename it like:
Server_character_eq2_uisettings.ini
